I'm Renée. I coach high-performing leaders on the internal side of leadership: where they're headed, how they show up, and what's getting in their way. Our work is structured and honest, with room for both the immediate challenges of the job and the bigger questions underneath them.
Before coaching, I spent over a decade in investing and startup operations at J.P. Morgan, PayPal Ventures, and Robinhood. I've worked inside demanding, high-expectation environments and understand the pace, pressure, ambiguity, and personalities that come with them. That context shapes how I coach.
